This year's Cambridge Half Marathon took place on Sunday 8th March. We had eight places, all eagerly filled by our wonderful runners - each taking on the mammoth task of training hard through the winter months to get fit enough to tackle the 13.1 mile course.
The course led through the cobbled streets of Cambridge city centre, along the famous Backs and through Kings College. They then headed out of the city looping up to Granchester before following the ring road to arrive by the river at Midsummer Common. It's a lovely route and they were cheered on throughout by an encouraging crowed.
They were each asked to raise funds for Camvet which they've undertaken with tremendous enthusiasm - so thank you to all who have donated. They would still welcome your support, so if you are able, please donate here - thank you!
